About the Vix-N
|
My love with music began in eighth grade, when I was in chorus in middle school. Gradually I began to want to create my own music. I tried piano, I tried drums...instrument after instrument I tried and failed. I loved music, but the classical stuff I just couldn't get a grip on. One day, I was hanging out with some friends of mine and they put on a techno CD. I KNEW that was the genre I was looking for. When I bought a techno music program at a computer store and began fiddling with it, I found my niche and my new love. Now my goal is to make music for the furry masses. Music to dance to, for furries, by a furry.
Before I was known as DJ vix-N, however, I was known as Ariana Solara, a vixen with blue hair, as I still have...and for some reason time and time again I was drawn with wings as well, so that became part of the character. When I adopted the DJ Vix-N name I dropped the wings, but in various places I'm still known as Ariana. For example, if you go to www.side7.com and look in the artist list, you'll see my sucky visual art under Ariana Solara. ;)
Description of DJ Vix-N:
DJ Vix-N is a red fox vixen, with the classic red fur, white throat, chest and belly, and black gloves and eartips. DJ is short, only 5'2", and rather "fluffy," with small B-cup breasts. Her headfur is a bright blue, short and spiked in the front. Her eyes are a silvery blue pool gazing at whatever pretty bright colors or sparkly-ness that presents itself in the room. Her poofy white-tipped tail swishes happily behind her.
DJ is wearing a loose t-shirt (color other than pink), torn at the bottom just short enough to be able to see her white belly if she lifts her arms.The baggy JNCO jeans that she's wearing nearly cover her footpaws, but every once in awhile, cute little black toes appear. (Legs are half-digitigrade, like elongated regular feet that end in paws....like she's walking on her toes) She's also wearing a blue glowstick around her neck on a string.
No more wingies...:P I turned into a raver-chickie. Techno music does that.
People sometimes ask what to put in the picture WITH me. Well...I have pet rats, so a rat is always cool. Glowsticks galore are always cool too, lots of colors! Shiiiiiney! Music stuff, like CD's and stuff are cool, but I usually prefer NOT to be associated with the spindisk kind of DJ's... I only do my music on computers, so if people ask me about spinning...I have no clue how to do any of it. ;) And I always love being drawn with someone else's character...preferably the artist. =)
